Raspberry Jam
The taste of summer: When summer seems like an eternity ago, the joy is immense when you can find a delicious jar of homemade jam.

Ingredients

Instructions
Rinse the fresh raspberries thoroughly and put them in a pot.
Boil the berries for 5 minutes until they are tender.
Gradually stir in the sugar, and once all the sugar is mixed in, let the jam boil for 2 minutes while stirring.
Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with 1-2 teaspoons of gelatin powder in a small bowl.
Now mix the sugar/gelatin with the raspberries and let it boil for an additional 2 minutes. Skim off any foam continuously.
Rinse your canning jars with Atamon before pouring the jam into them.
Close the jars immediately.
Let the jam cool completely before serving.
Enjoy the taste of summer all year round.

If you haven't managed to harvest the summer raspberries - just replace the fresh raspberries with frozen ones. They taste delicious too.
