Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen Raspberries
  • 100 gram Water
  • 2 gram Citric Acid
  • 6 gram Potato Flour
  • 30 gram Sugar
  • 2.5 gram Agar agar

Instructions

  • Put the frozen raspberries and water in a pot and bring it to a boil to extract the flavor from the raspberries. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Strain the raspberries and return the pure raspberry liquid to the pot.
  • Add citric acid, potato starch, sugar, and agar agar.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil so the sugar dissolves. Whisk it all together well so there are no lumps.
  • Pour the hot raspberry mixture into the desired silicone mold and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or until your gummy candies have set.
  • Turn the set gummy candies out of the mold and store them in the refrigerator for up to 10 days (in an airtight container).
