Homemade gummy candy is just something special. With a bit of imagination and play, Saturday sweets can be made with the family's favorite flavors. Although it requires a bit of practice, the kids can join in. Waiting time is always our opponent.

Homemade gummy candies have a special something.

With a bit of imagination and play, Saturday’s candy can be made with the family’s favorite flavors.

Even though it requires some practice, the kids can definitely join in.

The waiting time is always our opponent. So this is a good weekend project that everyone can enjoy.

Make the gummy candies in the morning and enjoy them in the evening, along with a good movie.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Frozen Raspberries
  • 100 gram Water
  • 2 gram Citric Acid
  • 6 gram Potato Flour
  • 30 gram Sugar
  • 2.5 gram Agar agar

Instructions

  • Put the frozen raspberries and water in a pot and bring it to a boil to extract the flavor from the raspberries. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Strain the raspberries and return the pure raspberry liquid to the pot.
  • Add citric acid, potato starch, sugar, and agar agar.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil so the sugar dissolves. Whisk it all together well so there are no lumps.
  • Pour the hot raspberry mixture into the desired silicone mold and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or until your gummy candies have set.
  • Turn the set gummy candies out of the mold and store them in the refrigerator for up to 10 days (in an airtight container).
