Raspberry gummy candy
Ingredients
- 1 package Frozen Raspberries
- 100 gram Water
- 2 gram Citric Acid
- 6 gram Potato Flour
- 30 gram Sugar
- 2.5 gram Agar agar
Instructions
- Put the frozen raspberries and water in a pot and bring it to a boil to extract the flavor from the raspberries. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the raspberries and return the pure raspberry liquid to the pot.
- Add citric acid, potato starch, sugar, and agar agar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil so the sugar dissolves. Whisk it all together well so there are no lumps.
- Pour the hot raspberry mixture into the desired silicone mold and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or until your gummy candies have set.
- Turn the set gummy candies out of the mold and store them in the refrigerator for up to 10 days (in an airtight container).
