Protein Waffles

Healthy protein waffles for a delightful breakfast/brunch. The recipe can easily be used to make pancakes instead.

  • Waffle Iron

Ingredients

Waffles/pancakes

  • 1/2 pcs. Banana
  • 3 pcs. egg white
  • 15 gram Plain yogurt with vanilla
  • 15 gram Oatmeal
  • 1 brev/sachet Protein Powder or 1 scoop
  • 2.3 gram Baking Soda
  • 1.3 gram Cinnamon

Topping

  • 1/2 pcs. Banana
  • 15 gram Plain yogurt with vanilla

Instructions

  • Blend everything in a blender.You can now make the waffles in a waffle iron or cook them as pancakes on a pan. Use the other 1/2 banana as topping, along with 1 tbsp vanilla skyr.
