Ingredients
Waffles/pancakes
- 1/2 pcs. Banana
- 3 pcs. egg white
- 15 gram Plain yogurt with vanilla
- 15 gram Oatmeal
- 1 brev/sachet Protein Powder or 1 scoop
- 2.3 gram Baking Soda
- 1.3 gram Cinnamon
Topping
- 1/2 pcs. Banana
- 15 gram Plain yogurt with vanilla
Instructions
- Blend everything in a blender.You can now make the waffles in a waffle iron or cook them as pancakes on a pan. Use the other 1/2 banana as topping, along with 1 tbsp vanilla skyr.
