- 40 gram Oatmeal
- 25 gram Protein Powder with chocolate
- 1/2 pcs. Banana
- 110 gram Egg White
- 13.6 gram Salted Caramel Salted Caramel from Bodylab
- 1 handful Grapes
- 1/2 pcs. Apples
Mash the banana in a bowl, then add oats, choco powder, egg whites, and mix well.
Use a tablespoon to ensure the pancakes are not too large when placed on the pan.
Cook them until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip and cook until done.
Then garnish with grapes, apple, and salted caramel.
