Ingredients

  • 40 gram Oatmeal
  • 25 gram Protein Powder with chocolate
  • 1/2 pcs. Banana
  • 110 gram Egg White
  • 13.6 gram Salted Caramel Salted Caramel from Bodylab
  • 1 handful Grapes
  • 1/2 pcs. Apples

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a bowl, then add oats, choco powder, egg whites, and mix well.
  • Use a tablespoon to ensure the pancakes are not too large when placed on the pan.
  • Cook them until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip and cook until done.
  • Then garnish with grapes, apple, and salted caramel.
  • Enjoy your meal.
