- 40 gram Oatmeal
- 25 gram Protein Powder with chocolate
- 1/2 pcs. Banana
- 110 gram Egg White
- 13.6 gram Salted Caramel Salted Caramel from Bodylab
- 1 handful Grapes
- 1/2 pcs. Apples
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl, then add oats, choco powder, egg whites, and mix well.
- Use a tablespoon to ensure the pancakes are not too large when placed on the pan.
- Cook them until bubbles form on the surface. Then flip and cook until done.
- Then garnish with grapes, apple, and salted caramel.
