Protein buns

Need some extra protein in your daily diet? Try these buns and feel free to add grated carrots, spinach, broccoli or whatever you have in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • 3 pcs. Egg
  • 400 gram Cottage Cheese
  • 400 gram Oatmeal
  • 9.6 gram Baking Soda
  • tsp. Salt
  • Water for brushing
  • Sesame Seeds sprinkled on top of the buns

Instructions

  • Put eggs and cottage cheese in a blender and blend to a smooth mixture.
  • Put oats, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
  • Mix the egg mixture into the oats and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Divide the dough into 9 pieces and roll into buns.
  • Brush them with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-assisted) for 25 minutes.
