Instructions
Put eggs and cottage cheese in a blender and blend to a smooth mixture.
Put oats, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
Mix the egg mixture into the oats and knead to a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 9 pieces and roll into buns.
Brush them with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-assisted) for 25 minutes.
