Ingredients
- 3 pcs. Egg
- 400 gram Cottage Cheese
- 400 gram Oatmeal
- 9.6 gram Baking Soda
- tsp. Salt
- Water for brushing
- Sesame Seeds sprinkled on top of the buns
Instructions
- Put eggs and cottage cheese in a blender and blend to a smooth mixture.
- Put oats, salt, and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Mix the egg mixture into the oats and knead to a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 9 pieces and roll into buns.
- Brush them with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) (fan-assisted) for 25 minutes.
