Popcorn with white chocolate and raspberries

If you're missing trying something new, you should definitely try these popcorn? They are incredibly easy to make and something you can easily make with the kids during this dark time. Furthermore, I can only imagine they would be a hit at children's birthday parties.

Equipment

  • Microwave
  • Bowl
  • Sieve

Ingredients

  • 100 gram Popcorn 1 bag
  • 100 gram White chocolate
  • 5 gram freeze-dried raspberries

Instructions

  • Make the popcorn in the microwave as recommended in the instructions on the package and pour everything into a large bowl.
  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Do it a little at a time so it doesn't burn.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, and the freeze-dried raspberries are pressed through a sieve, then mix everything (a bit gently).
  • Then place them on parchment paper so they don't touch each other too much. Now let them dry for a few hours at room temperature before they are ready to eat.

Notes

Tips: can be stored in an airtight container.
