Recipe for popcorn with white chocolate and raspberries
If you’re craving to try something new, then you definitely need to try these popcorn.
They are incredibly easy to make and something you can easily do with the kids during these dark times.
Moreover, I can only imagine that they will be a hit at children’s birthday parties.
The only real problem with them is that you can’t wait for them to dry before you’ve eaten half of them.
You can make them with all sorts of different flavors, so feel free to add your personal twist to them.

Popcorn with white chocolate and raspberries
Equipment
- Microwave
- Bowl
- Sieve
Ingredients
- 100 gram Popcorn 1 bag
- 100 gram White chocolate
- 5 gram freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions
- Make the popcorn in the microwave as recommended in the instructions on the package and pour everything into a large bowl.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave. Do it a little at a time so it doesn't burn.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, and the freeze-dried raspberries are pressed through a sieve, then mix everything (a bit gently).
- Then place them on parchment paper so they don't touch each other too much. Now let them dry for a few hours at room temperature before they are ready to eat.
