Warm water and pizza sauce are placed in a mixing bowl. Crumble the yeast in, stirring until the yeast is dissolved.
Cut the pepperoni into smaller pieces, do the same with the bell pepper.
Add oil, sugar, salt, oregano, bell pepper, ham, and pepperoni.
Add the flour little by little, then knead the dough for about 5 to 10 minutes until it pulls away from the sides.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Turn the dough out onto a board and form it into round buns (about 16), then place them on a baking sheet.
Let the buns rise for about 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with a beaten egg, then add a bit of mozzarella on top.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees Celsius (347 degrees Fahrenheit) on fan mode for about 15 to 20 minutes.
