Pita Bread with Tuna Salad, Egg, and Herb Dressing

Today's menu is something easy, delicious, and kid-friendly; Pita Bread with fillings – the kids get a variety of small bowls with fillings to choose from, they find it fun to build their own. My filling consists of a quick tuna salad, a rapidly mixed sour cream dressing with herbs and pickles, and some eggs – a truly delightful mix.
