Instructions
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and drain some of the liquid from them.
Mix the tomatoes in a bowl with finely chopped red onion, chili, garlic, and cilantro.
Toss the tomato mixture with salt and lime juice.
Let the salsa rest for about an hour before serving.
Adjust the seasoning with extra salt and lime before serving.
