Pasta with Beef and Leeks in Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 1 pcs. Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 300 gram Beef diced/strips
  • 200 gram Mushroom
  • 1/2 pcs. Leek sliced
  • 100 gram White Wine
  • 300 gram Water
  • 250 gram Cooking Cream
  • 1 pcs. Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 1 gram Basil dried
  • 0.5 gram Oregano dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice a bit

Topping

  • 25 gram Parmesan grated
  • 1 handful Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Set the pasta to boil.
  • Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in a deep pan or pot. Slice the mushrooms and add them, sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the beef and let it brown.
  • Add the leeks and fry for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the white wine and let it simmer for 3 minutes, so the alcohol evaporates.
  • Add water, cream, bouillon cube, basil, and oregano – let it all simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and mix it in the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and serve with parmesan and parsley on top.
