Pasta with Beef and Leeks in Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 250 gram Pasta
- 1 pcs. Onion
- 2 clove Garlic
- 300 gram Beef diced/strips
- 200 gram Mushroom
- 1/2 pcs. Leek sliced
- 1 dl White Wine
- 3 dl Water
- 2 1/2 dl Cooking Cream
- 1 pcs. Beef Bouillon Cube
- 1 tsk Basil dried
- 1/2 tsk Oregano dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon Juice a bit
Topping
- 25 gram Parmesan grated
- 1 handful Fresh parsley
Instructions
- Set the pasta to boil.
- Finely chop the onions and garlic and sauté them in a deep pan or pot. Slice the mushrooms and add them, sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add the beef and let it brown.
- Add the leeks and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the white wine and let it simmer for 3 minutes, so the alcohol evaporates.
- Add water, cream, bouillon cube, basil, and oregano – let it all simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and mix it in the pan. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and serve with parmesan and parsley on top.
