  • Cocktail Glass

Ingredients

  • 3 packages Oreos with double cream
  • 1 package Oreos with double cream - for garnish
  • 28.4 gram Butter
  • 0.5 l Whipping Cream
  • 200 gram Philadelphia cheese neutral
  • 150 gram Powdered Sugar
  • 1 package Blueberry or other berries

Instructions

  • Blend 2 packets of Oreos together with the butter in a food processor.
  • Distribute the mixture in the glasses and press it down to cover the entire bottom.
  • Place them in the fridge.
  • Whip the cream into whipped cream and blend another packet of Oreos in the food processor.
  • Whisk Philadelphia cheese, Oreos, and powdered sugar into the whipped cream.
  • Spread the Oreo cheese cream over the Oreo cookie base.
  • Place an Oreo cookie into each glass and garnish with berries.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
