- Cocktail Glass
- Whisk
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 packages Oreos with double cream
- 1 package Oreos with double cream - for garnish
- 28.4 gram Butter
- 0.5 l Whipping Cream
- 200 gram Philadelphia cheese neutral
- 150 gram Powdered Sugar
- 1 package Blueberry or other berries
Instructions
- Blend 2 packets of Oreos together with the butter in a food processor.
- Distribute the mixture in the glasses and press it down to cover the entire bottom.
- Place them in the fridge.
- Whip the cream into whipped cream and blend another packet of Oreos in the food processor.
- Whisk Philadelphia cheese, Oreos, and powdered sugar into the whipped cream.
- Spread the Oreo cheese cream over the Oreo cookie base.
- Place an Oreo cookie into each glass and garnish with berries.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
