Put all 3 eggs in a small bowl, mix them well, and then add the mentioned spices. Then add a bit of water to the mixture (about 1.5 dl).
Heat the pan and pour in the egg mixture, let it sit on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then add the chopped vegetables. You can stir it a bit so they mix into the mass. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes (low heat).
Add grated cheese and a bit of oregano on top after the 10 minutes. Now put the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) convection for 20 minutes.
