Okonomiyaki is a crispy and fluffy Japanese savory pancake, prepared with cabbage, carrots, fresh ginger, and topped with a delicious sauce and fresh toppings.
Mix flour, PANKO and broth together into a thick batter and let it rest in a bowl for 15 minutes.
Put oil in a pan and sauté onions, ginger, grated carrot, and garlic until golden and soft. Stir the cabbage together with everything in the pan and let it stand for about 1 minute. Season with salt and black pepper. Put the contents of the pan into the bowl with the batter and mix well together with two eggs until everything is well combined.
Heat the pan well with a little oil. This portion makes two large pancakes. You can also make them small. You decide.
Cook the pancake until it is golden and crispy on each side.
