Make sure the butter is at room temperature before you start - otherwise, it is impossible to work with.
Mix it together with the oatmeal, coconut flour, vanilla sugar, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and water.
First, I tried kneading it with a wooden spoon, which was hard - so I started using my hand.
That was also too hard, as the portion is quite large. So, it all ended up in the mixer, and I created a lot of unnecessary washing up.
Once the mixture is kneaded into a uniform mass, the balls need to be formed.
This is done by hand, and they should be about 2-3 cm in diameter.
Pour sugar into a small bowl and roll your balls in it.
Let them chill in the fridge overnight, or at least for one hour, before eating.
Keep them refrigerated until they are eaten - it doesn't take long for us :-)
