Scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt and debris.
Boil the potatoes in a pot with plenty of salted water until tender.
Drain the water from the boiled potatoes and let them steam off so the surface dries slightly.
Use a fork to "mash" the potatoes, slightly opening them up.
Drizzle a little oil over the potatoes and season with salt and paprika.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake them at 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes.
Grill them for the last couple of minutes to achieve a nice golden surface.
