Mint chutney (mint chutney)

Delightfully fresh accompaniment in the form of a cream made from mint and chili, among other things. It adds great flavor to lamb, for example, but can also be used as a dip for vegetables or bread.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Mint fresh
  • 0.25 bunch Cilantro fresh
  • 0.5 pcs. Tomato small
  • 0.5 pcs. Onion small
  • 1 clove Garlic large
  • Oil
  • 15 gram Lemon Juice
  • 7 pcs. Chili fresh and green, to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Greek Yoghurt or yogurt

Instructions

  • Pour all the above ingredients (except oil and yogurt) into a blender - YES including the stems of the mint and coriander bunches. ⠀ If your blender is small (like mine), you can do it in two batches. ⠀ Add a small splash of oil and blend. If it's difficult to blend, a little water can be added as needed to achieve a more "runny" consistency. You can now choose to add some yogurt or Greek yogurt to get a milder and creamier taste.
