Equipment
- Blender
- Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Mint fresh
- 0.25 bunch Cilantro fresh
- 0.5 pcs. Tomato small
- 0.5 pcs. Onion small
- 1 clove Garlic large
- Oil
- 15 gram Lemon Juice
- 7 pcs. Chili fresh and green, to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Greek Yoghurt or yogurt
Instructions
- Pour all the above ingredients (except oil and yogurt) into a blender - YES including the stems of the mint and coriander bunches. ⠀ If your blender is small (like mine), you can do it in two batches. ⠀ Add a small splash of oil and blend. If it's difficult to blend, a little water can be added as needed to achieve a more "runny" consistency. You can now choose to add some yogurt or Greek yogurt to get a milder and creamier taste.
