Add the avocado, red onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, cayenne pepper, sour cream, and black pepper to a bowl.
Blend with a hand blender until the guacamole is smooth.

Finely chop the red chili and remove the seeds.
Finely chop the cilantro.
