Krebinetter med gulerod og mandler

Ingredients

  • 150 gram Minced pork
  • 150 gram Minced Chicken
  • 3 gram Salt
  • 2-3 pcs. Carrots
  • 1 pcs. Onion Small
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 25 gram Almonds
  • 2 pcs. Egg
  • 55 gram Elverbread Flour Approximately
  • 28 gram Margarine Liquid margarine

Instructions

  • Mix the meat with salt.
  • Add coarsely grated carrot, chopped onion, a bit of pepper, and finely chopped almonds.
  • Form 4 large rissoles and 2-3 smaller ones.
  • The smaller ones can be used for lunch the next day.
  • Coat them in beaten egg and then in Elverbrød flour.
  • Fry them in the fat on the pan, giving them about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
  • Finish baking them in the oven.
