Instructions
Mix the meat with salt.
Add coarsely grated carrot, chopped onion, a bit of pepper, and finely chopped almonds.
Form 4 large rissoles and 2-3 smaller ones.
The smaller ones can be used for lunch the next day.
Coat them in beaten egg and then in Elverbrød flour.
Fry them in the fat on the pan, giving them about 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
Finish baking them in the oven.
