Kale Salad with Apples and Grapes

This salad has a fine balance, where grapes provide sweetness, apples add tartness, and almonds bring saltiness. The vinaigrette adds just a bit of sharpness and flavor without being too much. A rather lovely mix that can be used for most occasions.
