Ingredients

The Mincemeat

  • 400 gram Ground Beef
  • 1 pcs. Onion minced
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Grate
  • 1 pcs. Egg
  • 1 handful Parsley minced
  • 15 gram Tomato Puree
  • 8 gram 7 spices
  • 18 gram Salt
  • 2 gram Cumin

Tomato Sauce

  • 30 gram Tomato Puree
  • 500 gram Water
  • 1 pcs. Stock Cube
  • Salt and Pepper

Other Than That

  • Tomato
  • Potato

Instructions

  • Mix everything in the minced meat together and form them into flat patties.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Fry them briefly in a pan or boil the potatoes briefly. Slice the tomatoes. Place everything in the dish as shown in the picture, alternately.
  • Put the ingredients for the tomato sauce in a pan with a little oil and add the water. Cook it a bit and pour it over the dish so it covers a little over half.
  • Put it all in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 35-40 minutes in a conventional oven.
