Cook Time: 1 minute

Ingredients

  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 2 dl Whole Milk Can be substituted with other types of milk
  • 4 dl Strong coffee The coffee must be cold
  • 4 tablespoon Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 10 Ice Cubes For the glass

Instructions

  • Make a strong coffee and let it cool down. At home, we use a French press and brew a very strong coffee (double the amount of beans).
  • Pour the cold coffee into your mixer/blender (we use our Monsieur Cuisine), along with ice cubes, milk, and vanilla ice cream, and blend at high speed for about 10 seconds.
  • If you don't have a mixer, you can use a blender (it should be a model that can crush ice).
  • Put 5 ice cubes (or more) into a tall glass and pour the freshly made iced coffee in.
  • Your coffee is now ready, and you can enjoy a well-made iced coffee whenever the craving strikes!

Notes

If you feel up to it, try making my homemade vanilla ice cream and use it in your iced coffee.
