Recipe for iced coffee with vanilla ice cream
When the summer heat and the craving for coffee need to come together, the answer is a delicious iced coffee, made with lots of love.
Servings: Glass
Iced coffee with vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
- 4 Ice Cubes
- 2 dl Whole Milk Can be substituted with other types of milk
- 4 dl Strong coffee The coffee must be cold
- 4 tablespoon Vanilla Ice Cream
- 10 Ice Cubes For the glass
Instructions
- Make a strong coffee and let it cool down. At home, we use a French press and brew a very strong coffee (double the amount of beans).
- Pour the cold coffee into your mixer/blender (we use our Monsieur Cuisine), along with ice cubes, milk, and vanilla ice cream, and blend at high speed for about 10 seconds.
- If you don't have a mixer, you can use a blender (it should be a model that can crush ice).
- Put 5 ice cubes (or more) into a tall glass and pour the freshly made iced coffee in.
- Your coffee is now ready, and you can enjoy a well-made iced coffee whenever the craving strikes!
