Equipment

  • Frying Pan
  • Bowl

Ingredients

  • 100 gram Peanuts salted
  • 32 gram Honey liquid
  • 30 gram Water

Instructions

  • Roast the peanuts in a hot dry pan until they start to release their aroma. This takes 2-3 minutes. Stir them regularly during the process. Reduce to medium heat.
  • Mix water and honey together in a small bowl and add the mixture to the pan.
  • Toss the peanuts to distribute the honey water, continue until the water has evaporated and the honey has turned into golden caramel that sticks to the peanuts. Keep a close eye to prevent burning, which can give the peanuts an unpleasant taste. It takes 2-4 minutes for the water to evaporate, depending on the heat level, and then the peanuts should be removed from the heat.
  • Pour your peanuts onto a piece of parchment paper and let them cool slightly before separating them. Now they are ready for use.
