  • Chef'S Knife
  • Rolling Pin
  • Frying Pan

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 200 gram Wheat Flour
  • 100 gram Cornmeal can be replaced with wheat flour
  • 6 gram Salt
  • 1.15 gram Pepper
  • 1 gram Thyme dried
  • 42 gram Oil
  • 200 gram Water

Tomato Salad

  • 10 pcs. Cherry Tomatoes
  • 15 gram Lemon Juice
  • 3 gram Salt freshly ground, and a bit of pepper
  • 30 gram Feta crumbled

Creme Fraiche Dressing

  • 200 gram Sour cream
  • 7 gram Honey liquid
  • 6 gram Sweet mustard
  • Salt and Pepper a bit
  • 5 gram Herbs chopped, fresh - e.g. parsley, mint, basil, etc.

Other filling

  • 1 pcs. Iceberg salad or another type of lettuce
  • Ham Strips

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients for the tortillas together in a bowl, knead well until smooth and soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, make the tomato salad: cut tomatoes into cubes and mix with the other ingredients.
  • All ingredients for the dressing are also mixed together and seasoned to taste.
  • Now you can divide the dough into 6 pieces and roll each piece out into a thin circle. Make sure to use plenty of flour on the table so it doesn't stick too much.
  • Fry each tortilla in a pan with a little bit of olive oil until they are golden on both sides.
  • Fill your tortillas with lettuce, ham, tomato salad, and dressing
