Now the dry sugar starts to melt and gives the almonds a glossy appearance.
Just before the almonds start to turn too dark, take them off.
Place them on baking paper.
Let them cool down.
Break them apart.
Store in a dry, airtight container.
Unfortunately, they didn't get as much orange flavor as I had hoped.

I tried once more where I used water instead of orange juice and 1 tsp Africa mix from Puks Delicacies instead of cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
It gave fine nuances of cinnamon and cocoa plus a nice afterheat of chili. They turned out super good.
