Ingredients

  • 6 cl Rome Plantation Isle of Fiji Rum
  • Coconut Sorbet 3 scoops
  • 8 cl Pineapple Juice
  • 2 cl Lime Juice fresh - e.g. from Ingredi
  • 2 cg Liquor Giffard Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur
  • Pineapple Leaves

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.Pour the cocktail into a glass and garnish with pineapple leaves or some fresh pineapple.
