Burger Buns Dissolve the yeast in water, then add the remaining ingredients.
Stir with dough hooks on a hand mixer or stand mixer for about 10 minutes.
Knead the dough together on a floured surface and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Form 12 buns and place them on a baking sheet.
Press them slightly flat, brush with milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Let them rise again for 20 minutes and then bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 12-14 minutes, until golden.
Ground Beef Patties Mix all the ingredients into a meat mixture and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Form 4 patties, finely chop them with a knife on both sides (to prevent them from shrinking), and fry on a (grill) pan.
Optionally, add a slice of cheese in the last few minutes.
Pickled Red Onions Peel the red onions and cut them into thin slices.
Place them in a sterilized jar.
Boil sugar, vinegar, and water in a small pot until the sugar is dissolved.
Pour the boiling brine over the onions and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Now it's just a matter of assembling your burger and adding all your favorite toppings, such as bacon, lettuce, ketchup, etc.
Enjoy your meal!
