Finely chop the onion into medium-small pieces.
Coarsely chop the lettuce.
If your pickles are not cut into thin slices, just do it yourself.
Split the burger buns and toast them on the inside. You’ll need 2 bottom halves and 1 top half for the burger.
Place cling film on a cutting board with a ring cutter on top. Put your ground beef inside and press it well. Repeat the process with the other portion of meat.
Sear them in a dry pan over high heat to get a good crust.
Flip the meat and season with salt and pepper on the seared side that is now facing up.
When assembling the burger, do it as follows:
Place all three pieces of bread with the toasted side facing up.
First add Big Mac dressing, then chopped onions and lettuce on both bottom buns.
Place a slice of cheese on the bottom bun, followed by a burger patty on top.
Place a patty on the middle bun and lift the entire middle section onto the bottom bun.
Finally, place the top bun on and enjoy.
