These rolls are both soft and flavorful, and they taste especially wonderful with butter and cheese, and they would certainly be delicious with other toppings as well – in fact, I think they are excellent as sandwich rolls.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit), regular oven.
Process the broccoli into “rice” in a mini chopper or food processor. Alternatively, it can be grated on a grater. Put it in a bowl along with the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
Let the “dough” sit for 15 minutes. The dough won’t be like yeast dough – it’s more crumbly and moist, but once it has sat, you can form firm rolls with your hands.
Form 6 rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 20 minutes until they are nice and golden.
