Keep the display on
- 500 gram Wheat Flour
- 500 gram Sugar
- 500 gram Margarine Feel free to use liquid
- 8 pcs. Egg
- 19.2 gram Baking Soda
- Vanilla Sugar 6-8 tsp. Can be omitted
Sugar and butter are well mixed (whip if you don't have a mixer).
Eggs are added under stirring - one at a time.
Baking powder, vanilla, and flour are added.
Mix well together (in the machine).
Pour into 2 loaf tins lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 180° on the second lowest rack in the oven.
Check with a meat needle to see if it's done.
