Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Frying Pan
  • Hand Mixer
  • Grater

Ingredients

  • 500 gram Minced pork
  • 9 gram Salt
  • 1 pcs. Onion
  • 1 pcs. Egg
  • 150 gram Milk
  • 24 gram Wheat Flour
  • Pepper
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  • Put the minced pork in a bowl.
  • Add salt and stir the meat until it becomes sticky - you may use the dough hooks on an electric mixer.
  • Peel the onion and grate it finely.
  • Add grated onion, flour, pepper, milk, and egg to the meat.
  • Mix the meat mixture well until the consistency is suitable.
  • Place the bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Stir the meat mixture again. It should be firm enough for you to shape it into nice, round meatballs.
  • Form 10-12 meatballs and fry them until golden and cooked through in plenty of butter in a pan.
  • Serve with your preferred meatball side dish!

Notes

You can use minced veal/pork instead of minced pork.
