Ingredients

Prawns

  • 200 gram Tiger prawns 1 bag of vannamei prawns
  • 13.5 gram Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3.8 gram Parsley chopped, as needed
  • Salt and Pepper as needed

Salad

  • Baby Spinach
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Cauliflower
  • Red Onion
  • Red bell pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Almonds
  • Avocado

Instructions

Prawns

  • Let the prawns thaw and then place them in a bowl with olive oil, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper. Let the prawns sit in the marinade for a while. (1-2 hours in the fridge)Sauté them in the pan for 7-10 minutes. Afterward, they can be mixed into the finished salad.

Salad

  • Spinach leaves (baby spinach), cherry tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber.Toast 4 almonds and chop them.Add them to the salad, along with 2 slices of avocado.
