Recipe for giant prawn salad with garlic
Healthy salad with shrimp, garlic, avocado, and plenty of good vegetables.

Ingredients
Prawns
- 200 gram Tiger prawns 1 bag of vannamei prawns
- 13.5 gram Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 3.8 gram Parsley chopped, as needed
- Salt and Pepper as needed
Salad
- Baby Spinach
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Cauliflower
- Red Onion
- Red bell pepper
- Cucumber
- Almonds
- Avocado
Instructions
Prawns
- Let the prawns thaw and then place them in a bowl with olive oil, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper. Let the prawns sit in the marinade for a while. (1-2 hours in the fridge)Sauté them in the pan for 7-10 minutes. Afterward, they can be mixed into the finished salad.
Salad
- Spinach leaves (baby spinach), cherry tomatoes, carrots, cauliflower, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber.Toast 4 almonds and chop them.Add them to the salad, along with 2 slices of avocado.
