Easy brunch rolls

Freshly baked... The boys started the morning with movies, so I just had enough time to make a batch of brunch rolls... They are relatively quick to make and perfect for a delicious brunch or a good breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 300 gram Water Warm
  • 25 gram Yeast
  • 350 gram Wheat Flour
  • 150 gram Graham Flour Or other coarse flour
  • 50 gram Oatmeal
  • 100 gram Yogurt Plain or sour cream
  • 5 gram Salt
  • 12.5 gram Sugar

Instructions

  • Dissolve the yeast in the water.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and knead well until uniform.
  • Let rise for 30 min.
  • Punch down the dough and form 15 rolls, place them on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 20 min.
  • Cut a cross in each roll, brush with yogurt/sour cream, and sprinkle with seeds, flour, or similar.
  • Bake for 12-15 min at 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
