Freshly baked... The boys started the morning with movies, so I just had enough time to make a batch of brunch rolls... They are relatively quick to make and perfect for a delicious brunch or a good breakfast.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Water Warm
- 25 gram Yeast
- 350 gram Wheat Flour
- 150 gram Graham Flour Or other coarse flour
- 50 gram Oatmeal
- 100 gram Yogurt Plain or sour cream
- 5 gram Salt
- 12.5 gram Sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast in the water.
- Add all remaining ingredients and knead well until uniform.
- Let rise for 30 min.
- Punch down the dough and form 15 rolls, place them on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 20 min.
- Cut a cross in each roll, brush with yogurt/sour cream, and sprinkle with seeds, flour, or similar.
- Bake for 12-15 min at 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
