Dissolve yeast, sugar, and salt in lukewarm water. Add oil.
Knead the flour in gradually until the dough is smooth and doesn’t stick to the table.
Let the dough rise covered for 30 minutes.
Punch down the dough. Divide it into 8 pieces and roll them into buns.
Let the buns rest for 5 minutes before flattening them to about 1 cm in height (or flatten them by hand).
Place the flattened buns on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let them rise covered for another 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with whisked egg yolks and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the burger buns in a preheated oven at 230°C (fan) for 10-15 minutes (time depends on the oven). You can always take the buns out and tap them on the underside. If it sounds hollow, they are done.
