Equipment

  • Airfryer

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Duck Breast
  • 18 gram Coarse salt
  • 1 gram Rosemary can be omitted
  • Oil neutral taste - optionally from spray or brush

Instructions

  • Turn your airfryer on to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • Sprinkle salt on both sides of the duck breasts. This is a gourmet salting, where you draw out a bit of the meat's moisture and the salt is more easily absorbed into the meat. This makes it juicier.
  • Let the breasts sit for 5 minutes and brush off most of the salt.
  • Sprinkle rosemary on the meat side.
  • Spray or brush the top with oil.
  • Place the duck breasts in the airfryer basket.
  • Cook at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes.
  • Take them out and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the duck breast.
  • Add freshly ground pepper and flake salt when serving.
  • Bon appétit.

Notes

Serving suggestion: Serve the duck breast slices with a side of fresh green salad or oven-baked root vegetables for a complete meal.
