Delicious Waffles

Delicious, crispy homemade waffles, made with a waffle iron. These waffles are perfect for an afternoon snack for the family or for cozy moments with your loved ones.

  • 2 Bowl
  • Waffle Iron
  • Whisk
  • Hand Mixer

Ingredients

  • 300 gram Wheat Flour
  • 14.4 gram Baking Soda
  • 3 gram Salt
  • 3 Egg
  • 500 gram Milk Full-fat milk preferred
  • 25 gram Butter
  • 8.4 gram Vanilla Sugar Can be omitted

Instructions

  • Start by mixing flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix together milk, eggs, and butter, then stir it into the flour mixture.
  • Stir until all lumps are gone and the batter is completely smooth.
  • Let the waffle iron get really hot before use.
  • Pour the waffle batter onto the pan.
  • Let each batch of waffles bake on medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes. Baking time depends on your waffle iron, but they are ready when they are golden and crispy.
  • Serve the fresh, warm waffles with jam, sugar, or crème fraîche, if you like a delightful fresh and tangy touch.
