So if you also dare to try something new and different in the kitchen, deep-fried burger without bread is a good place to start! We promise you this is a very calorie-rich snack.
Use a cutting board to place your bacon on. Either make a woven pattern or simply place them side by side.
Cut out a hole in the middle of your patty, which can be with a shot glass or something else that is approximately 2-4 cm thick. Fill the hole with cheese and pickled jalapenos. Whether you use shredded cheddar or slices doesn’t matter much. If you use slices, cut them out the same way as the patty. Alternate between placing cheese and jalapenos.
Place the patty on top of the bacon and wrap the bacon around it.
Put the patty in a pan over high heat (about 11 out of 14 on our stove) and fry it for about 2 minutes on each side in plenty of butter.
Breading
Put flour, breadcrumbs, and egg on their own plates. Make sure to beat the egg well.
First coat the patties in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
Put them in 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) hot neutral oil (either in a pot or a deep fryer) and cook them for about 8-10 minutes - it depends a bit on how thick your patties are.
Season with salt on top and serve them for example in parchment paper or something else, so you can hold them and eat them as a snack.
