Set the pasta to boil in lightly salted water.
Heat the oil in a pan and cut the bell pepper into large cubes. Fry them in the pan on high heat until they brown lightly.
Chop the onion and garlic and add to the pan, sauté on medium heat until the onions become soft. Finely chop the olives and cut the celery into small cubes, add to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add tomato paste, water, and cream (add cream gradually to achieve the desired consistency) and mix well.
Cut the tomato into cubes and stir into the pan.
Drain the pasta and add to the pan. Mix together and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Let the dish simmer while you crisp the ham in a pan with a little oil.
Cut the ham into smaller pieces and serve it on top of the pasta dish along with crumbled mozzarella.
