Instructions
Peel the husk off the corn and cut them in half.
Split the halves into 4 quarters lengthwise, so the kernels still stick to the cob.
Use a large sharp knife and watch your fingers.
Toss the pieces with olive oil, lemon juice, a good BBQ seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) in a preheated oven until they are lightly charred and crispy.
Eat them with your fingers, preferably with a dip of good
garlic mayo
, it tastes absolutely amazing.
