Ingredients
- Corn
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Spices bbq og salt
Instructions
- Peel the husk off the corn and cut them in half.
- Split the halves into 4 quarters lengthwise, so the kernels still stick to the cob.
- Use a large sharp knife and watch your fingers.
- Toss the pieces with olive oil, lemon juice, a good BBQ seasoning, and a sprinkle of salt, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) in a preheated oven until they are lightly charred and crispy.
- Eat them with your fingers, preferably with a dip of good garlic mayo, it tastes absolutely amazing.
